Activities

 

You can monitor all current, future, and past orders and activities of your shop.

From the Tools menu select “Activity Monitor”. Or click the  icon located on the toolbar.

 

 

Once opened, you will be presented with the current day’s orders and activities.  To view past and present activities, select the “From” and “To” dates from the available drop down calendars below. The “Job Status” tab reveals the job status, due date, invoice number, customer, and amount due if any. You can change the job status by clicking on the status column and selecting between in progress, complete, halted, and cancelled. You can also click on the invoice number link to open the selected invoice and view details pertaining to that invoice.

 

Click the “Activities” tab to display the currently scheduled activities of your shop.

 

 

To schedule a new activity, select the activity date from the drop down calendar below and click on the “Add New” button. The date and day column will be automatically populated according to the date selected value from the drop down calendar below. If you would like to be notified when the activity occurs click the “Add” link inside the notification column.

 

 

A new window will appear prompting you to select a date and time for the notification. Select the date and time of the notification and click “OK” once complete. Finish your activity by entering a contact name and brief description of your activity. The description of the activity will appear in the popup notification window once the notification occurs.
