Q: How do I set up T-Boss with QuickBooks?
A: You have two options for setting up your QuickBooks configuration. You can set up a new Account in QuickBooks: Under Chart of Accounts create a new account: Account type: Income Account Name: Other Income You can also set T-Boss to one of your accounts already configured in QuickBooks by going to the : Company -> Other Tab in T-Boss Set the: IncomeAccountRef COGSAccountRef AssetAccountRef To your Account settings in QuickBooks Also in QuickBooks goto : Edit -> Preferences -> Company Preferences Make sure that T-Boss is there and allowed. You may need to install the quickbooks connectors: Download QB SDK Q: How much is custom programming? A. Please call 916.613.1892 for Programming information. Q: How do I set up my Email? A. First enter your main email under the "Company" configuration. If you are using a mail sever such as google or yahoo you will need to check thesr web site to obtain the SMTP - username - and password variables. You may also need to enable the setting (on your mail server) to allow third party applications to send mail. |
